WSL Incorporated is looking for an experienced Field Construction Project Manager to join our team full time.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage all aspects of the construction of new home, commercial and remodel projects. Coordination of schedules, inspections and oversight of subcontractors and field guys, ensure work is within project scope, schedule site visits of all jobs under construction, and work closely with the WSL team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Residential construction experience, thorough knowledge of general construction and construction practices, plus a good knowledge of the uses of materials, experience reading construction specifications, knowledge of construction industry and building codes, strong customer service background, ability to multi-task, attention to detail and quality and strong communication skills as well as basic carpentry skills and experience.
SALARY RANGE AND BENEFITS: $65K /Year D/O/E benefits.
