Role Description
As a Senior Construction Project Manager at RLS Construction Group, LLC, you will oversee planning, coordinating, and ensuring successful completion of construction projects. Responsibilities include developing project schedules and budgets, managing on-site teams and subcontractors, and maintaining effective client communication. You will also ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, monitor project progress, and provide leadership to resolve challenges efficiently. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Mechanicsburg, PA, with some travel to project locations.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Government / Healthcare / Commercial / General Construction Project Management
- Managing multiple projects running concurrently
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and Budgeting practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and lead project execution
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in relevant project management software and tools
- Minimum 8 years of experience in General Construction Project Management or a related field
- Familiarity with ICRA and Quality Control
- Proficient in: MS Excel, Word, Adobe, MS Project, and Outlook
