Job Site- Wilmington, IL
Shift: Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Material Handler/Lead Trainer will be responsible for the floor operations, employee training (i.e., safety and operating SOP). Under appropriate supervision with latitude for independent judgment, performs a variety of assignments, both technical and clerical, including material receipt, inspections, storage, and shipping. Duties require manual, clerical, and data entry skills.
- Knowledge of all warehouse operations including, receipt, shipment, RF, and housekeeping.
- Proficient in the operation of material handling equipment.
- Performs and/or directs the steps to be followed in the physical receipt, unloading, handling of material and shipment of material to customer specifications.
- Performs and/or directs the inspection and identification of all incoming and outgoing shipments to determine that quality and quantity are as ordered, no damage is apparent, required markings and identification are correct and documentation is available as required.
- Ability to enforce company policy.
- Has knowledge of Microsoft Office package, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to interface with the client and other employees in a professional manner.
- Support and provide coverage for Shift Lead during absence.

- Maintain WSI client work instructions & training records
- Ability to perform training verifications and audits on client and WSI processes
- Perform functions in Geode, YMS, and TMS
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a strong attendance record
- Willingness to work any shift as required.

- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Must be able to lift 55lbs.

- Quality Control Experience-at least 1 year minimum
