Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all fabrication operations.
- Manage a team of skilled workers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement work schedules, resource plans, and safety protocols in collaboration with project managers and engineers.
- Monitoring progress, identify risks, and enforce compliance with OSHA, EPA, and industry-specific regulations.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate maintenance repairs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status, workforce productivity, and safety incidents to project manager.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to secure consumable, materials, and equipment as needed.
- Champion a culture of safety, ensuring all personnel are trained and adhere to company and industry safety standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in oil and gas construction and/or maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in fabrication operations.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication production, equipment, and processes.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., API, ASME, ANSI) and federal/state regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license.
- Certifications such as OSHA 30, PMP, or NACE are a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work within an industrial fabrication environment, including exposure to fluctuating temperatures, high-noise areas, and extended periods of standing or walking on the shop floor.
