Welder – Manufacturing & Fabrication

We are seeking skilled and dependable Welders to join our manufacturing and fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding, assembling, and repairing metal components while maintaining quality standards and adhering to all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding based on production requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Assemble and fabricate metal components according to specifications
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
• Support additional manufacturing and fabrication tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read measuring tools, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and repetitive movements
• Welding certifications are a plus but not required
