Baker – Industrial Bakery
Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for dependable and hardworking Bakers to join an industrial baking operation. This position involves assisting with the preparation, production, baking, and packaging of baked goods in a fast-paced production environment.
The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work on their feet for extended periods, comfortable working in an industrial setting, and able to follow recipes, instructions, and food-safety procedures.
Responsibilities
Assist with preparing and mixing ingredients according to recipes and production instructions
Measure and portion ingredients accurately
Prepare dough, batters, and other baking products
Operate baking and production equipment as trained
Monitor products during the baking and production process
Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
Assist with cooling, packaging, labeling, and organizing finished products
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Work efficiently as part of a production team
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Reliable and dependable attendance
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and safety procedures
Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday
Previous baking, food production, manufacturing, or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
