Job description
- A holiday bonus equal to one month's salary after one year of employment is also offered as terms of employment. This amount is prorated within the first year.

- Prior logistics booking experience (freight, steam line, etc.) preferred
- Prior logistics contract negotiating experience (freight, steam line, etc.) preferred.
- Candidate must read, write, and speak Spanish & English fluently.
- The salary is stated within the job post.
- Full time position with working days being M-F.
- Effective corporate communication skills: Think ahead and offer solutions to problems, offer suggestions that produce results, ask for feedback or help, etc.
- Demonstrate solid decision-making skills and ability to prioritize ever-changing daily tasks.
- In addition to basic math, be able to analyze numerical data, understand components and relationships, find patterns, and draw conclusions.
- Comprehend the full range of export services: from the order management to the final movement of scheduling bookings for shipping orders, including the monitor and control of services, cost optimization, etc.
- Possess advanced knowledge of logistical concepts and supply chain terminology.
- Understanding of the Export Regulations or other government agency regulations that govern exports. Including AES filing and HTS codes
- Coordinates the export process and ensures compliance with U.S. and foreign government laws and regulations.
- Help resolve issues with steamship lines.
- Effectively schedule ocean and air bookings for both hazardous and nonhazardous materials, simple and complex cargo shipments.
- Understand all shipping concepts, including details such as container capacities, packing dimensions and weights, coding, steam shipping lines services, etc.
