What You'll Do
- Coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery across the U.S. and Canada
- Source and communicate with transportation carriers
- Track freight and proactively communicate shipment updates
- Build orders and maintain accurate shipment information
- Identify and resolve delays, service issues, and transportation challenges
- Communicate with customers, carriers and internal sales teams
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting daily performance and service expectations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- Customer service, operations, logistics, or other fast-paced professional experience is an asset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Quick problem-solver who can stay composed under pressure
- Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- English required; Spanish or French is an asset
