Your Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager and Estimator with project documentation and administrative tasks
- Support the preparation and management of submittals, work plans, RFIs, and quantity take-offs
- Solicit quotes and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
- Track quantities, materials, and labor in coordination with field staff
- Prepare and organize foreman books, project folders, submittals, and other essential documentation
- Maintain organized project files, drawings, and plans both digitally and physically
- Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, subcontractors, and team members
- Collect and compile data from the PM and foreman to support RFIs and project tracking
- Write clear, concise, and professional emails, letters, and reports
- Accurately prepare documents in a timely manner under project deadlines
- Demonstrate professional appearance and conduct at all times
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); willingness to learn additional software such as BlueBeam and HeavyJob
