What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Wright Weber Management?
Wright Weber Management is a property management business based in Waukesha. We manage over 3,000 apartment units across the state. We are in search of an office administrative duties to join our property management team in our corporate office.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Data Entry
- Working within our online property management system
- Answering phones to work with tenants, contractors and business partners
- Filing and organization of tenant and property files
- Other duties as assigned by office manager
Required Skills:

- Microsoft office experience
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during the work day
- High school diploma required
This is a full time salary position. There are no health or retirement benefits offered. Paid vacation is offered at the beginning of employment.
