For nearly 40 years, Wright’s has specialized in thoughtfully curated men's and women's clothing from around the world — including brands from Europe, Asia, and the U.S.
We focus on high-quality product, knowledgeable service, and a strong local community around the store. We are a small, collaborative team that values attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a hands-on approach to every part of the business.
We currently operate Wright’s Women and Wright’s Men in Manhattan Beach. In August we will be opening new stores in Culver City and we will continue to grow our business both in-store and online.
We are open to hiring for full time part time positions at either location.
Position Overview
We are seeking friendly, fashion-forward, and sales-driven individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate is energetic, adaptable, detail-oriented, and enjoys building relationships with customers & colleagues. This role requires someone who can multitask efficiently, work collaboratively with a team, and bring a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized styling assistance
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on fashion trends
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
- Collaborate closely with our friendly team members to support daily store operations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong sense of style and interest in clothing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
- Motivated by sales
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, flexible, and adaptable
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability to work at least one weekend day required
- Available to support during our busiest times of year (sale holidays)
- Full time and part time positions available
