Patient Care Coordinator -. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a friendly outgoing demeanor, excellent computer skills, and exceptional organizational skills. You should be a cheerful, welcoming, and accommodating individual. Patient Care Coordinator's must be able to multitask in a busy office environment, and work to support the entire administrative team. We are looking for a team orientated individual who possesses integrity, honesty, and reliability.
Patient Care Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls and respond to messages promptly
- Partner with front and back office team members to support patient flow
- Verify patient’s insurance coverage
- Collect patient and insurance payments and post to accounts
- Follow up communication
- Resolve patient questions and concerns or escalate to the Office Manager in a timely manner
- Ask feedback on the patient experience in the form of participation in reviews, survey response, and referrals
Required Qualifications:
- Computer skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize and multitask daily duties in a fast-paced practice
Benefits:
