🕒 Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM and two Fridays a month 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
💰 Pay: Based on experience – and we’re happy to pay for the right person!

What You'll Be Doing
Your smile and skills will help us create a lasting experience for every patient by:
Greeting patients with a warm, professional welcome
Managing check-in and check-out with confidence and care
Handling phone calls — scheduling, answering questions, and following up
Maintaining our schedule with efficient appointment booking
Accurately entering patient and insurance information into our system
Collecting copays and deductibles with a friendly, clear approach
Supporting insurance processing and verifying coverage
Resolving issues with grace, empathy, and critical thinking
What We’re Looking For
Preferred 1 year of dental front office experience
Excellent phone and people skills – you’re a great communicator
A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit
A natural sense of empathy and respect for patients and teammates alike
