Patient Coordinator

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM and two Fridays a month 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
💰 Pay: Based on experience – and we’re happy to pay for the right person!

If you're friendly, detail-oriented, and love making things run smoothly behind the scenes, this is the role for you!

What You'll Be Doing

Your smile and skills will help us create a lasting experience for every patient by:

• Greeting patients with a warm, professional welcome

• Managing check-in and check-out with confidence and care

• Handling phone calls — scheduling, answering questions, and following up

• Maintaining our schedule with efficient appointment booking

• Accurately entering patient and insurance information into our system

• Collecting copays and deductibles with a friendly, clear approach

• Supporting insurance processing and verifying coverage

• Resolving issues with grace, empathy, and critical thinking

What We’re Looking For

• Preferred 1 year of dental front office experience 

• Excellent phone and people skills – you’re a great communicator

• A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit

• A natural sense of empathy and respect for patients and teammates alike
