We are seeking a Heavy Civil Construction Estimator for a full-time, on-site role in Fort Myers, FL. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, managing budgets, and ensuring precise project assessments. The role involves reviewing project documents, collaborating with team members, and communicating effectively with clients and vendors to deliver accurate and competitive bids. Qualifications
- Experience in heavy roadway, airport, and utility construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Agtek, Bid 2 Win, and Procore
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs techniques
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Exceptional Communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in calculations and documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
