We are seeking a dedicated and professional Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Utilize eClinicalWorks software for patient management and record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean and organized back office area to create a welcoming environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery.
- Willing to learn and become a Chiropractic Assistant. You would be trained to work the back office.
Experience
- Previous experience is not required we will train. But if you have been a chiropractic assistant and do not have an official certificate you will have to go through the training for it.
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding is a plus and how insurance works.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for documentation and patient management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear interaction with patients and staff alike.
