💼 Full-Time /Part-Time| Busy Chiropractic & Physical Therapy Clinic

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Chiropractic Assistant to join our fast-paced chiropractic and physical therapy clinic! The ideal candidate is a team player who is driven, eager to learn, and thrives in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Schedule, confirm and cancel appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and assist with patient documentation
• Support chiropractors and physical therapists with daily operations/administer screening assestments as requested
• Perform basic administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and organizing charts
• Help ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to learn new tasks and take initiative
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional demeanor
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
