About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at WRIGHT BY YOUR SIDE IN HOME CARE as a Weekend (Sat/Sun) CNA/Caregiver. Client is ambulatory and lives alone with a dog. Client requires light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep. This role is perfect for compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying a supportive and rewarding work environment. Must have reliable transportation and must be able to work around pets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor and document the health and well-being of clients.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical activities.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure safety.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Support clients with companionship and emotional support.
- Follow care plans and report changes to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required.
- Experience in caregiving or a related field is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
- Background check and references required.
