Wright Brothers Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a reliable and organized Construction Office Administrator to support our construction team in managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth project operations, and providing exceptional customer service in our Asheville, North Carolina office. The ideal candidate for this role should be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Construction Office Administrator will assist with various administrative and clerical duties, ensuring that our construction projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Construction Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the construction team, including data entry, document management, and filing.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that the workspace is well-organized and maintained.
- Assist the public who enter the office with questions and completing applications.
- Perform clerical tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including project files and customer information.
- Utilize computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting programs, to complete administrative tasks efficiently.
- Light housekeeping to keep the office in order.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Perform other administrative duties as required, ensuring that the construction team can focus on the project.
Construction Office Administrator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in an administrative or construction-related role is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
