Wren Kitchens is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Measure Technician to join our dynamic team. In this essential, client-facing role, you'll deliver expert in-home measurement services and support quartz countertop installations by ensuring precision and quality in every project. Your work will be a key part of our commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000/year
- On-Target Earnings: $56,000 (Monthly performance-based bonuses)
- Travel to customer homes to take precise measurements of kitchens and other spaces
- Use advanced laser measuring tools and proprietary planning software to create technical layouts
- Coordinate appointments and collect project details in collaboration with our retail team
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented experience to every customer
- Support quartz countertop templating and ensure all measurements meet installation standards
- Comprehensive paid training on our systems, products, and technology
- Ongoing upskills to support your career development and advancement within Wren
