What You'll Be Up To:
Keeping our production floor running like a dream by handling preventative and corrective maintenance
Troubleshooting all things mechanical and electrical—from motors and drives to PLCs, sensors, and conveyors

Staying sharp on safety—your work will meet OSHA standards and our high internal benchmarks
Helping install new machines, upgrade old ones, and fine-tune it all
Keeping clear maintenance records in our CMMS system
Working side-by-side with production and engineering teams to solve the root of the issue, not just the symptoms
Getting involved in continuous improvement efforts—we love ideas that make things better
What the Job Environment Looks Like:
High-energy, high-tech manufacturing floor
You'll be standing, climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and moving throughout your shift
Occasional overtime, weekend, or on-call work may pop up—we appreciate the flexibility
About You
What You Bring to the Table:
Must-Haves:
High school diploma or GED
Associate's degree or technical certification in Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or similar
At least 3 years in a hands-on maintenance or technician role in manufacturing

Familiarity with CNC machines and robotic automation
OSHA 10 or 30 certification
Exposure to lean manufacturing or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
Why You'll Love Being Part of Wren:

You'll join a team that values your input, celebrates your wins, and supports your growth
You'll be part of a global brand with a startup vibe in the U.S.—plenty of room to grow
You'll enjoy top-tier training, advancement opportunities, and a genuinely great place to work
