Our Spokane Valley, WA location is actively seeking Certified Asbestos Abatement Supervisors and Abatement Workers to join our team.
Positions Available:
1. Asbestos Abatement Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Lead asbestos abatement projects in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Direct and supervise abatement crews, providing guidance and training on safe work practices and proper equipment use.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including daily logs, project documentation, and regulatory paperwork for permits and inspections.
- Analyze and comprehend various forms of hazardous material surveys and be able to articulate and summarize that information to both staff and clients.
- Ability to Travel: Eastern Washington / Northern ID
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Asbestos Supervisor.
- Current Asbestos Supervisor Card.
- Strong knowledge of asbestos regulations, safety practices, and environmental guidelines.
- Leadership skills to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks in various environmental conditions.
- Willingness to work on both abatement and demolition projects.
- Membership in LIUNA Local 238 (Laborers Union) will be facilitated at the time of hire, and any union-related negotiations will be addressed during onboarding.
- Must be able to pass state and federal background checks
- Must be able to wear both half face and full face respiratory protective gear.
2. Asbestos Abatement Worker
Responsibilities:
- Perform asbestos abatement tasks under supervision of certified personnel.
- Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and environmental regulations.
- Assist with setup, removal, and disposal of asbestos-containing materials.
- Maintain accurate project logs and documentation as required.
- Ability to Travel: Eastern Washington / Northern ID
Qualifications:
- Experience in asbestos abatement required.
- Must possess a current, valid Asbestos Abatement Card.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a team environment.
- Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in various conditions.
- Willingness to work on abatement and demolition projects.
- Membership in LIUNA Local 238 (Laborers Union) will be facilitated at the time of hire, and any union-related negotiations will be addressed during onboarding.
- Must be able to wear both half face and full face respiratory protective gear.

Schedule:
- 8–10 hour shifts
