Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager with a valid Asbestos Supervisor Certification to lead and oversee all operations and teams for asbestos & mold abatement and insulation and insulation removal. In this pivotal role, you will manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while maintaining high standards of appearance, safety, customer relations and operational management. Your leadership will drive efficiency, foster teamwork, and uphold our commitment to a safe and clean working environment across multiple sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your supervisory expertise in a fast-paced, safety-conscious setting working with homeowners, contractor, home inspectors and other construction and real estate related professionals.

We offer performance based bonuses and profit sharing depending upon reaching projected revenue targets, attitude and reliability. Attitude and action are rewarded.

Duties

  • Supervise asbestos and mold abatement projects, ensuring all activities meet federal, state, and local safety standards.
  • Oversee overall compliance of all regulations as they apply to asbestos and mold abatement.
  • Lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service consistently And uphold company policy and guidelines
  • Manage daily schedules, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of all operational duties.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work sites to verify compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Develop training programs for staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures related to asbestos and mold handling, and construction & abatement management best practices.
  • Maintain detailed records of operations, safety inspections, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with the owner to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Have all equipment stocked and prepared in advance of each job so necessary equipment and materials are on hand.
  • Foster a culture of leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement within your team.

Qualifications

  • Valid Asbestos Supervisor Certification is required; proven experience in asbestos management is essential.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in construction related trades mandatory with customer relations or sales experience being highly desirable.
  • Strong background in construction or related trades.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations related to asbestos & mold abatement as well as general health and safety practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $29.59 - $75.00 per hour
