We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Producer to build and grow a profitable book of business while delivering strategic, high-impact insurance solutions to commercial clients.

What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of established commercial and middle-market clients
- Prospect, develop, and close new commercial insurance opportunities
- Analyze business operations to identify exposures and risk management solutions
- Design and present tailored insurance programs across multiple industries
- Work with carrier partners to negotiate competitive coverage and pricing
- Collaborate with internal service teams to deliver seamless client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in commercial insurance sales
- Existing book of business preferred (not required)
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred
