What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Order Picker position at WPTX Fulfillment, LLC?
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately picks items from warehouse location or ranks based on pick lists or scanner instructions
- Verify item SKU, quantities, and quality before staging for packing or shipping
- Prepare picked items for labeling and final shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe picking area
- Assist with restocking or organizing inventory as needed
- Communicate with team leads regarding shortages, damaged items, or inventory concerns
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and company policies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred
- Basic reading and math skills; ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items (up to 50-80 lbs) throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, team-oriented, and punctual
- Forklift certification is a plus。
