Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Account Executive role based in New York, NY, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Account Executive will support day-to-day client relationship management, including coordinating meetings, preparing status reports, and responding to client requests in a timely and professional manner. This role will assist in the development, execution, and optimization of out of home media plans, working closely with internal planning and creative teams. The Account Executive will help compile performance reports, analyze campaign results, and contribute insights and recommendations for improvement. Responsibilities also include managing timelines and deliverables, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting billing and budget tracking, and ensuring all work aligns with client objectives and WPP Media standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client service and account management skills, including relationship building, clear communication, and expectation management.
- Ability to support media planning and campaign execution, including coordinating briefs, tracking deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working with data and reports, including basic analysis of campaign performance and the ability to translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to create client-ready presentations and documentation.
- Familiarity with digital and traditional media concepts, and interest in emerging technologies and AI-driven marketing solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating in person in New York, NY and remotely with distributed teams.
- Prior experience (internship or professional) in media, advertising, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
