At WOW Zone, the Reception Desk is the heartbeat of our guest experience. As a Reception Guest Service team member, you are the first point of contact and play a crucial role in setting the tone for a fantastic visit.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming Guests: Greet every guest with enthusiasm and a warm smile to make them feel valued and excited about their visit.
• Providing Information: Be well-versed in all activities, events, and specials, offering clear and helpful information to guide guests through their options.
• Enhancing Experience: Use your high energy and positive attitude to ensure guests have a FUN and memorable experience, answering questions and resolving any issues promptly.
• Handling Money: Accurately process transactions and handle cash or credit cards with precision, ensuring all financial procedures are followed.
• Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls professionally, providing information and assistance to callers and addressing their needs efficiently.
