What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm & hot leads
- Respond to inbound leads within minutes
- Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately
- Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and updated
- Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads
- Work closely with outside sales & installation teams
- Hit and exceed key KPIs:
- 82% booking rate
- 120 calls/day
- 20% aggregator conversion
- 100 booked estimates/month
What We’re Looking For
- High-energy, competitive personality

- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Fast learner with strong follow-up discipline
- Sales or home improvement experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- First-Year Earnings: $52,000–$54,000 base (depending on experience)
- Top performers earn $80,000 yearly with commissions
- Performance bonuses
Commission:
- 0.25% of sold jobs booked during regular hours
- 0.75% of sold jobs booked evenings/weekends
