The Role
WOW! Stores is looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking Customer Service Associates to join our team.
This is more than a cashier position. You will be responsible for providing great customer service, operating the register, stocking products, maintaining store cleanliness, and keeping the store ready for customers throughout your shift.

Schedule
Full-time and part-time positions are available. Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Reliable attendance and accurate availability are essential.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
- Operate the register accurately and handle cash and other approved payments.
- Verify IDs and follow all company requirements for age-restricted products, lottery, and other regulated transactions.
- Stock and organize shelves, coolers, displays, and merchandise.
- Keep the entire store clean, including checkout areas, restrooms, beverage stations, and assigned exterior areas.
- Maintain store standards by facing products, organizing displays, and following promotional guidelines.
- Receive and put away deliveries when assigned.
- Follow safety and security procedures and report concerns to management.
- Work as a team, follow management direction, and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Stay productive throughout your shift without constant supervision.
Cleanliness, customer service, and productivity are everyone's responsibility — every shift.
Physical Requirements
This is an active position requiring:
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Bending, reaching, and frequent movement
- Stocking and handling merchandise
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Working briefly in refrigerated areas
- Performing routine cleaning duties
