WOW1DAY Painting is hiring painters for the 2026 painting season and beyond. We are currently looking for experienced painters. Full time positions or part time positions available.

PAY: - $18-30 per hour.
Two week trial Period: $18/hr
Trainee/Helper $18/hr
Experienced painters 20-25/hr
Team Leads 25-30/hr
Trainee Qualifications:
- No prior painting experience required.
- Willingness to learn.
- Having a positive attitude.
- Able to complete tasks in coordination with other team members.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders.
- Ability to receive feedback and implement it.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Asheville-Hendersonville area.
Experienced Painter Qualifications:
- All Trainee Qualifications.
- Understand profession painting procedures.
- Ability to complete tasks to a high standard without direct supervision.
- Able to move and use 32 or 40ft ladders in a safe manner.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Asheville-Hendersonville area.
Team Lead Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with co-workers and clients.
- Understand and able to explain all steps / processes of painting interior, exterior, cabinets, decks, and any other structural components.
- Able to coach, teach, and mentor lesser skilled painters.
- A "Help others be their best" mentality.
- Demonstrate excellent painting skill in all aspects.
- Drivers License and a clean driving record (Company vehicle provided)
What We Provide:
