What You'll Do:
- Assist with setup and cleanup at job sites, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth workflow.
- Perform surface preparation, including taping, sanding, and priming.
- Paint interior and exterior spaces with precision, ensuring clean, straight lines and attention to detail.
- Use brush, roller, and spray techniques to deliver high-quality finishes.
- Collaborate with your team to complete jobs on time and meet WOW 1 DAY PAINTING’s standards for speed and quality.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring their needs are met and any concerns are addressed promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including working on ladders or scaffolding, and maintaining equipment.
What You Bring:
- Previous professional painting experience is an asset but not required.
- Desirable experience in painting techniques (brush, roller, spray).
- Reliable, hardworking, positive and friendly attitude
- Attention to detail and the little things that make all the difference in customer experience.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and meet production goals.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
