Wounded Warrior Roofing is looking for a driven Residential Outside Sales Representative who enjoys meeting people, competing for business, and being rewarded for results.

We are a veteran-owned Tulsa roofing company built around integrity, accountability, clear communication, and doing what we say we are going to do.

This is not a desk job. You will be in the field meeting homeowners, developing opportunities, inspecting roofs, presenting solutions, following up, and closing business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

· Generate residential roofing opportunities.

· Meet face-to-face with homeowners.

· Follow up on company and self-generated leads.

· Perform or coordinate roof inspections.

· Identify roofing and storm-damage needs.

· Explain roofing solutions clearly to homeowners.

· Present proposals and ask for the business.

· Develop referrals and neighborhood opportunities.

· Maintain your sales pipeline and customer communication in our CRM.

· Coordinate with our office and production team for a clean project handoff.

· Stay involved through collection and completion.

COMPENSATION

This is a performance-based commission sales opportunity with no commission cap.

· $75,000-$150,000 annual earning potential.

· Enhanced commission opportunity during your first 90 days.

· Uncapped commission based on production.

· Commission calculated on collected project revenue.

· 1099 Independent Contractor position.

High performers have the ability to substantially increase earnings through increased sales volume. There is no fixed ceiling on what a producer can earn.

EXPERIENCE THAT MAY TRANSLATE WELL

Roofing experience is helpful, but strong outside-sales ability, competitiveness, and attitude are equally important.

Experience in roofing, construction, restoration, automotive sales, insurance, home improvement, equipment sales, door-to-door sales, or other performance-driven sales environments may translate well.
