Wound & Skin Care of Idaho is seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to support daily clinic operations, front-office accuracy, and patient flow in our Pocatello clinic.
This person will play a key role in helping the clinic run smoothly while creating a calm, professional, and positive experience for patients.
We are looking for someone with medical office leadership experience who understands front-office workflows, insurance processes, scheduling, patient communication, and the importance of supporting clinical providers.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily front-office activity and patient flow.
Greet patients professionally and help create a welcoming clinic environment.
Coordinate scheduling, check-in, check-out, and provider support.
Verify insurance, review coverage, confirm eligibility, and collect copays.
Maintain accurate patient information and support EMR/EHR workflows.
Help manage supplies, forms, records, and clinic communication.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and strong attention to detail.
Support a patient-centered, compliant, and efficient clinic environment.
Help create a self-sufficient front office that does not require constant provider intervention.
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in a medical or clinical office setting.
Prior experience as a medical office manager or front-office lead.
Working knowledge of insurance verification, copays, eligibility, scheduling, and patient communication.
Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills.
Professional and friendly in-person presence.
Ability to work independently and maintain trust with sensitive information.
Strong judgment under pressure.
Comfort handling patient questions, sensitive situations, and clinic flow issues.
Pay
$14–$20 per hour, based on experience.
