Customer Service Representative (Warehouse/Logistics)
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse/logistics environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume setting and enjoys supporting both customers and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications (phone & email)
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Perform accurate data entry and system updates
- Work closely with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations
- Process orders and resolve customer inquiries/issues
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Qualifications
- Previous Customer Service experience required (logistics or warehouse experience preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (email-heavy role)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with systems such as WMS, TMS, and/or Excel strongly preferred
