What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor machinery
- Load/unload materials and assist with packaging
- Perform quality checks using tools and fixtures
- Support machine operators and complete documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Training:
Start on 1st shift (7 AM–3 PM) before moving to 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM).
Saturday overtime is scheduled in advance.
What You Bring
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Willingness to work any shift and overtime as needed
- Positive attitude and a team‑first mindset

- Shift Premium: $2/hr for 3rd shift
- Overtime: Time and a half after 40 hrs; double time after 48 hrs
