- $1,500 retention bonus within your first year

What You'll Do
- Package, weigh, and band materials from production lines
- Assist machine operators and support quality production
- Follow safety protocols and customer packaging standards
- Read and understand production orders and materials
- Operate banding tools and handle small parts
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift materials as needed
- Good hand-eye coordination and basic math skills
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions
- Mechanical aptitude is helpful, but not required
- Must be open to working any shift or rotation as needed
- Strong work ethic, safety awareness, and attention to detail
- 12-hour shift 500 AM to 500 PM
- Some shift rotation may be required based on production needs
