Shift, Schedule, and Training

• Night schedule: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am on a 2-2-3 rotation.
• Training: This role trains on 1st shift prior to moving to nights.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues; make precise adjustments to keep equipment running.
• Execute preventive maintenance on production machinery as scheduled.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks with minimal direction.
• Enter accurate, timely work details into the maintenance system (CMMS).
• Apply advanced electrical knowledge to work safely and effectively across the facility.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Strong electrical and PLC manufacturing background with the ability to read ladder logic and program HMIs.
• Comfort working with Allen‑Bradley PLC platforms.
• Knowledge across hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Mechanical, welding, and cutting capabilities.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints.
• Workbench proficiency and basic computer skills for documentation and diagnostics.
• Competent with meters and precision measurement tools (including tape measure).
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Safety-minded: lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, and confined-space training; CPR/first aid may be required.
  
  

Assessment requirement: Candidates must be able to complete and pass an electrical board and PLC programming hands-on assessment.
