What We Offer
Operate machinery, move steel materials, assist with setups, inspect product quality, package shipments, maintain a safe work area, report issues, and support team production.
What We’re Looking For
Reliable work history, strong work ethic, safety‑focused mindset, willingness to learn, basic math skills, ability to stand for long periods and lift 35 lbs, and availability for assigned shift overtime.
Pay
$21.00–$24.50/hr, based on experience

- Annual earnings $54,000–$65,000 (2nd/3rd shift with profit sharing)
- Day‑one benefits medical, dental, vision, life
- 401(k) 3% automatic company contribution up to 2% match
- Quarterly profit sharing recent annual payouts of $6,000–$10,000
- Paid time off 11 paid holidays vacation
- Tuition reimbursement $5,000 adoption benefit
- $180 annual boot allowance
- On‑site fitness center, barbershop, and complimentary beverages
- Overtime time and a half after 40 hours; double time after 48
- 1st Shift 7 AM – 3 PM
- 3rd Shift 11 PM – 7 AM All employees begin orientation on day shift before transitioning to their assigned shift.
