Pay & Earning Potential
- $21.00–$24.50/hr, based on experience
- $2.00/hr premium for 3rd shift
- Potential annual earnings of $54,000–$65,000 with shift premium, overtime, and profit sharing
- Quarterly profit sharing, with recent annual payouts totaling $6,000–$10,000
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours and double time after 48 hours

Available Shifts
1st Shift: 7 AM – 3 PM
3rd Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM
All employees begin orientation and training on day shift before transitioning to their assigned shift.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Associate, you’ll help keep our operation running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities may include:
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Moving and handling steel materials
- Assisting with machine setups
- Inspecting products for quality
- Packaging materials for shipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Identifying and reporting equipment or quality concerns
- Working as part of a team to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For

- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
