This role will oversee all IT operations across the organization—ranging from user support and SaaS administration to system security and vendor management. The Director will be both a hands-on technologist and a strategic leader, ensuring that the IT infrastructure not only runs smoothly but evolves to meet the needs of a fast-paced, high-performing business.
-
The company is looking for someone with an engineer’s mindset—focused on automation, programmability, and repeatability—while also being obsessed with delivering a world-class customer experience for its employees.

End-user systems (desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other hardware)
-
Security systems and user monitoring

Drive process improvement and automation to ensure repeatability and scalability.
-
Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend needs and deliver IT solutions that support growth.
-
Maintain and enforce best practices in security, compliance, and system administration.
-

Strong background in Windows system administration and PowerShell scripting.

Proven ability to manage and scale IT in a fast-growing company (ideally ~100 employees).

Experience overseeing IT support functions, SaaS tools, and security systems.

-
Bias toward action—hard worker who takes ownership and thrives in a growth-oriented culture.

Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on professionalism and customer experience.
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong value placed on longevity and career progression.
