🔍 Customer/Client Success Manager (Early-Stage)
We’re partnered with a fast-growing, early-stage company operating in the startup ecosystem, hiring a Customer Success Manager to support founders through high-impact, time-sensitive moments in their journey.
This is a non-traditional CS role — there is no upsell, renewals, or quota. Instead, this role sits at the intersection of customer success, operations, and project management, with a strong emphasis on ownership, communication, and execution.
💡 What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of ~30–40 clients at a time
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
- Guide clients through structured, multi-step processes (operational legal workflows)
- Own timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
- Handle both proactive project management and reactive client needs
- Lead onboarding and implementation post-sale

💰 Compensation
- Base: $90K – $135K (flexible up to ~$150K depending on experience)
