We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented part-time technician to handle both exterior cleaning and lawn care tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter cleaning.
• Perform lawn maintenance such as mowing, trimming, and aeration.
• Arrive punctually and complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
• Maintain a professional, family-friendly attitude on site.
• Safely and effectively operate company equipment.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

• Reliable vehicle for transportation.

• Flexibility to take last minute cleanings and night shifts - we have emergency call-in cleanings and are available 24/7 for these.
