Preferred Qualifications
- Truck, SUV, or van capable of carrying ladders and equipment (preferred)
- Own basic tools and ladders (preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
- Able to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
Experience Preferred
- Gutter cleaning
- Roof moss removal
- Roof soft washing
- Pressure washing
- Window cleaning
- General exterior home maintenance
What You'll Do
- Clean gutters and flush downspouts
- Perform roof debris removal and moss treatments
- Pressure wash driveways, patios, sidewalks, and homes
- Clean residential windows
- Inspect gutters and roofs for minor issues
- Take before-and-after photos
- Provide outstanding customer service
