Project Manager – Insurance Restoration & Reconstruction

About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can manage losses from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and communication. You’ll oversee both small and large losses, with the ability to grow into independently managing large-loss projects.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage small and large losses from start to finish, coordinating trades, subcontractors, materials, and project timelines
• Keep job notes current and accurate in our project management systems
• Take thorough photo documentation during every job site visit
• Collect payments in the field and return them to the office promptly
• Track job budgets and enter invoices and expenses within the same week they are received
• Read and interpret insurance estimates to plan and manage the approved scope of work
• Identify and document supplements for items missed or underpaid on the insurance scope
• Clearly distinguish supplements from change orders for owner-requested work outside the insurance scope
• Communicate professionally and consistently with homeowners, adjusters, subcontractors, and office staff

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Xactimate
• Experience with CompanyCam, Monday.com, and Dropbox
• Experience independently managing large losses
• Experience working with insurance carriers and/or managed repair programs

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay 55k – 80k a year based on experience

Our Reconstruction Division works closely with insurance carriers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to complete insurance restoration projects, while also handling retail reconstruction work directly for property owners. We’re looking for an organized, field-ready Project Manager to join our team.
