Welding & Fabrication:
- Perform field welding on pipe, sheet metal, galvanized steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, and support steel.
- Ability to perform MIG and TIG welding, including thin‑gauge sheet metal.
- Complete fittings and fabrication tasks in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Weld and fit piping systems in both shop and field settings.
Certifications & Technical Skills:
- Must have 2 or more years experience as a welder
- Hold or qualify for certifications in TIG/STICK, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel; D1.1 Structural certification highly preferred.
- Apply full range of mechanical knowledge to support installation and fabrication activities.
- Use measuring tools and apply basic math skills to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
Jobsite & Equipment Responsibilities:
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record required; employment contingent upon motor vehicle record review.
- Maintain responsibility for assigned company truck, welding equipment, tools, and consumables.
- Work collaboratively with field teams and project leadership.
- Travel to various job sites as required (company truck, gas card, and welding equipment provided).
- Perform tasks requiring physical endurance, including carrying up to 75 lbs.
- Support shift flexibility, including overtime, nights, and weekend work as needed.
