Job Title: Service Coordinator
Pay: $25-35 (based on experience)

Location: ONSITE- Pipersville, PA

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Service Coordinator to support our Mechanical Service divisions and field technicians. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service calls and enter details into the system
- Maintain and update the dispatch board
- Coordinate scheduling of service calls with technicians and customers
- Provide customers with updates on service status and technician ETA
- Review and organize incoming technician paperwork
- Prepare work orders for billing
- Manage ordering and tracking of parts, materials, equipment, and rentals
- Collaborate with other divisions to coordinate warranty work
- Track and manage service contract renewals and related reports
- Enter and maintain initial customer information in the system
- Maintain service database and generate reports as needed
Experience
- Must have HVAC experience – prior experience working for an HVAC company or in a related environment is valuable. Familiarity with HVAC service processes, terminology, and customer interactions is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in XOI, Vista, and document manipulation desirable
- Experience in Accounts Payable desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for customer service
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
