Job Title: Executive Administrator (Part-Time)
Reports To: Executive Pastor
Worship Life Church exists to encounter God’s presence, equip believers, and build community. We are seeking a Spirit-led, highly organized Executive Administrator to support the Senior Pastor and leadership team by managing day-to-day operations, communications, and strategic administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about serving the church with excellence.
Primary Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage the Senior & Executive Pastor’s calendar, appointments, and communications
- Prepare Zoom meetings, ensure note-taking support is activated, and track follow-up tasks
- Handle email correspondence, document preparation, and digital filing
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for church-wide communication
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and grace
- Draft and distribute church announcements, emails, e-newsletters, and updates
Operations & Office Management
- Maintain church records, membership files, and databases (e.g., Planning Center, Subsplash, etc.)
- Order and organize office and ministry supplies
- Ensure all calendars are up-to-date and aligned across ministries
Team & Event Support
- Assist in planning and coordinating church events, meetings, and trainings
- Support ministry leaders with scheduling, communications, and logistics
- Support the servant leader coordinator with volunteer onboarding and communications
Qualifications:
- A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with the vision and values of Worship Life Church
- Proven experience in administration, executive support, or office management (church or nonprofit experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Monday.com)
- Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
