Role: VP – Payments Solution Consulting (North America)
Location: New York / New Jersey / Chicago
We are looking for a senior Payments Solution Consulting leader to drive strategic engagements across North America for a globally recognized transaction banking platform powering payments, cash management, and digital banking capabilities for leading financial institutions worldwide.
This is a high-impact, front-office role with a clear North America mandate, working at the intersection of sales, product, and client advisory.

- You will be at the forefront of winning and shaping complex payment deals with Tier 1 banks
- Work on a platform deployed across global banks and multiple markets, recognized for its strength in payments, APIs, and transaction banking
- Influence both the deal strategy and product direction based on market needs
Key Responsibilities
- Lead payments solution consulting across North America (US, Canada, Mexico)
- Partner with sales to shape, position, and close strategic deals
- Own end-to-end RFPs, solutioning, demos, and value propositions
- Engage with senior banking stakeholders to understand requirements and define solutions
- Drive go-to-market initiatives and support market expansion in the region
- Act as a payments domain expert, contributing to thought leadership and industry engagement
- Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback and influence the roadmap
What we’re looking for
- 10–15 years of experience in payments/transaction banking
- Strong background in solution consulting/presales / advisory roles
- Deep understanding of payments processing (ACH, wires, real-time payments, etc.)
- Ability to simplify complex solutions and communicate value to clients
- Experience working with Tier 1 banks or large financial institutions
- Strong client-facing and deal-shaping capabilities
