What will you be doing?

The Sales Pursuit Business Development role will be an integral part of our Global Services Sales Pursuit Teams, responsible for creating world-class presentations and client-facing materials that are both graphically stunning and content-rich. This role requires a strong understanding of selling motions and the ability to transform ideas into articulate, visually engaging artifacts. This individual will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all materials align with our corporate branding and messaging while effectively facilitating the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Services Sales Pursuit Team to understand client needs and develop presentation themes, proposal constructs and approaches.
  • Create visually appealing PowerPoint decks, Word documents, and other digital formats that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Transform concepts and selling strategies into compelling visual representations that resonate with clients.
  • Maintain a strong aesthetic point of view while being responsive to feedback and collaborative in the creative process.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery against deadlines.
  • Work with management to prioritize tasks and adjust project timelines based on changing needs and requirements.
  • Continuously innovate and seek out new design trends and techniques to enhance presentation effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design preferred. Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting working with complex deals.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and other graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and visually appealing manner.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work and demonstrating a keen design sensibility.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
