Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of RV parts, accessories, supplies, and materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices
- Unload deliveries safely and report any damages, shortages, or issues promptly
- Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in the warehouse/parts areas
- Prepare outgoing shipments, pack items securely, generate labels and documentation, and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL freight, etc.)
- Perform cycle counts regularly and stay on top of inventory accuracy
- Maintain detailed records, including strong record-keeping and data entry in spreadsheets and inventory systems
- Communicate effectively with parts, service, sales teams, and delivery drivers— including staying firm and professional when handling upset or difficult drivers
- Multitask efficiently, prioritize tasks, and manage time to stay on track in a busy environment
- Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with other warehouse, clerical, or support tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred (RV parts knowledge is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork, counts, and records
- Strong record-keeping skills and proficiency working with spreadsheets (Excel or similar)
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively under pressure
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand firm when dealing with upset delivery drivers while remaining professional
- Physically able to lift up to 50-60 lbs regularly and work on your feet throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and a solid work ethic
- Forklift experience or certification a plus (willingness to obtain one is great!)
