Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Title Processor, based in Toms River, NJ with the option of partial work-from-home. The Title Processor will be responsible for processing and reviewing title orders, coordinating with clients, notaries, and escrow officers, preparing settlement documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant real estate regulations. The role requires excellent organizational skills to manage transactional processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, notaries, and team members.
- Proficiency in Escrow processes and Notary practices to facilitate real estate transactions effectively.
- Essential Accounting skills for managing financial aspects of transactions and ensuring accuracy.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with title insurance practices and real estate processes is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
